Non-GMO (Salvia officinalis) Organic Broad-Leaved Sage grows as a warm perennial herb reaching 1-2 Ft high as a mini shrub. This bold, minty herb blooms in late spring through mid-summer. Once sage plants reach maturity, they will develop their semi-woody stems and gray-green leaves, providing an earthy aroma with mild peppery and sweet flavor. Organic sage plants continue producing with active growth as they fully establish during the second year with deep roots.
