Free SG delivery on orders S$60+ • 2–4 working days.
We strive to deliver your gardening essentials as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 2–4 working days from order date (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- During peak periods (e.g., major holidays, flash sales), delivery may take slightly longer. We'll keep you updated.
2. Delivery Fees
- Free delivery for orders S$60 and above (after discounts).
- For orders below S$60, delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout based on your cart and delivery address.
3. Dispatch & Tracking
- Orders are packed carefully to protect delicate items such as seeds and potting media.
- You will receive an email or message when your order is on its way. Tracking details are provided when available.
4. Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional fees may apply for repeated attempts or address changes after dispatch.
5. Self-Collection
Self-collection is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
