Media: Repot using Chaiyo VEP Substrate

Recommended Chaiyo Mix for Home Growing
At our Thailand nursery, we grow Kale Dwarf Vates Blue Scotch using Chaiyo VEP Substrate under nursery growing conditions.

For home growing, we recommend
Chaiyo VEP Substrate as a suitable potting base. VEP Substrate is suitable for leafy greens and supports healthy leaf growth while helping the media hold consistent moisture.

Adjust watering based on sunlight, airflow, heat and humidity. Kale enjoys consistent moisture, but the media should not stay soggy.

Harvesting Tip
Harvest outer leaves when needed and allow the centre to continue growing. Regular light harvesting encourages fresh new leaves.

Important Note
This is a live plant. Plant size, shape and fullness may vary slightly from photos. Bare root Kale Dwarf Vates Blue Scotch must be repotted as soon as possible after receiving.
