Water: Keep media lightly moist, but not waterlogged
Airflow: Grow in a bright and airy location
Media: Use Chaiyo Universal Substrate if repotting into a larger pot
Optional Amendment: Add a small amount of Perlite 2–4mm if your growing area is humid, shaded, low-airflow or the media stays wet for too long
Avoid: Overwatering, soggy media and placing the plant in a dark, low-airflow area

Recommended Chaiyo Mix for Home Growing
At our Thailand nursery, we grow Mexican Tarragon using 100% Chaiyo Universal Substrate under nursery growing conditions.

If repotting into a larger pot, we recommend Chaiyo Universal Substrate as a suitable potting base. Mexican Tarragon enjoys light moisture, but the media should not stay soggy.

If your growing area is more humid, shaded, low-airflow, or the media stays wet for too long, add a small amount of Perlite 2–4mm to improve drainage and airflow.

Adjust watering based on sunlight, airflow, heat and humidity. Keep the media lightly moist and place the plant in a bright, airy location.

Harvesting Tip
Harvest leaves or small stem tips when needed. Regular light harvesting helps encourage fresh new growth and keeps the plant compact.

Important Note
This is a live plant. Plant size, shape and fullness may vary slightly from photos. For best results, place Mexican Tarragon in a bright and airy location.
