Van Egmond Orchid Substrate is a coarse potting substrate specially formulated for orchids.

Made with tree bark, black peat and white peat, this substrate provides a coarse structure that supports good airflow and rapid water drainage. This is important for orchids, as their roots require plenty of oxygen both inside and outside the pot.

Lime and fertiliser are added to provide the right acidity and nutrients for the first 4 to 6 weeks.
